Sponsorship to recognised FDPs, Workshops and Similar Academic / administration Training to staff members who have completed one year of service. Atleast one personality development programme organised for staff members every year. Initiatives underway for annual refresher courses to teaching faculty members in association with Technical Teachers Training Institute of Central Government.
Payment and Perks
Six Pay Commission remuneration being followed for employees. Self service logins to staff HRIS / Payroll portal is offered for transperancy and ease of operations. Mandatory attendance is convenienced by biometeric devices / android apps. Pay day 7th of every month. Allowances as to Transport, Accommodation and Food are provided to deserving employees. Annual fixed increments depending upon employment / contribution category and academic performance based semesterly increments are facilitated to staff members.
PF and Pension Fund Subscriptions
All employees upon willingness are facilitated to contribute to voluntary provident fund scheme enrollment. Equal part contribution to mandatory PF Fund is offered for eligible employees. Their choice of contributions to Atal Pension Yojna or NPS operated by SBI are also facilitated.

Cooperative Society Membership
Membership for Staff Cooperative and Thrift Society is offered to all employees. They are encouraged to participate in its administration depending upon their experience and service within the Organisation. Objective being staff welfare and salary advance credits to members in association with NBFCs / Banks.
Additional Paid Leaves
Additional paid holidays for senior academic management members from distant places in the form of Earned Leaves and Privilege Leaves. The same is facilitated from 2nd and 3rd years of their service.
Fair Exit Process
Exit upon request is faciliatated at the end of every academic semester with minimum time period despite the customarily followed norm of three months of notice period. On any employee being terminated from service for lack of performance, one month notice period is followed to enable them find alternative opportunities. On any staff member being appointed in Government Service or Lady staff members being relocated on marriage, early exit is facilitated.
